Grab your bike and get ready for a fun, relaxed ride along the beautiful paths of Bayfront Park! This event is all about enjoying the outdoors, meeting new people, and soaking in those summer vibes. We'll take a casual route along the waterfront. This is perfect for all levels, whether you're a regular rider or just dusting off your bike for the season.
After the ride, we’ll gather for a sweet treat at a nearby ice cream spot where everyone can cool down, chat, and enjoy a little post-ride reward. The name of the ice cream place is Hutch's. This is a chain restaurant and we'll have ice cream at the BAYFRONT LOCATION.🍦

Don't own a bike? No prob, because neither do I! The City of Hamilton has a bike share company that allows people to rent bikes per month or per ride. City of Hamilton Bike Share
Hamilton Bike Share offers these membership types:

• Pay As You Go (15¢/minute)
• Monthly User ($20/month)
• Seasonal Supporter ($100 for 6 months)
• Mac Students (free for 90 minutes a day)

It's really simple. Download the app. Choose a payment plan, then unlock any bike in the city. There are Hamilton Bikes at the park. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
All the bikes have baskets at the front for you to put your bag in.

We will meet at the front entrance of the park where the big boat sail statue is. We'll meet at 6 pm, then we'll bike and tour the park for 90 minutes. Finally, we will spend the last half hour having ice cream at Hutch's.

If you choose the Pay-As-You-Go payment plan and pair that with the ice cream, in total, the day should cost around $20.

Please feel free to RSVP to any event that you want to connect at. We take notice of no-shows and less than 24-hour cancellations. Members with repeat offences will receive only 1 warning. If the no-shows continue, then that member will be removed from the group.
