The event will be hosted at The Bard and Bear Games Cafe located at 237 James St N, Hamilton, ON L8R 2L2 on Thursday, August 28, at 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm.

*Please note that to play at the café, there's a $9 + tax cover fee for 3 hours of game time*

Why Event Fee?
There will be no event fee because we will be a small group. The description says 1cent because I cant change it to zero.

So once you're there, you're all set to play!

The only extra cost will be any food or drinks you may order at the café, and there’s an 18% tip added automatically for large groups.

Just show up, grab a seat, and enjoy the games!

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided up to 24 hours before the event. Reservations are made in advance, so the group cover has to be paid. So if you cancel last minute, the event host will still be on the hook for paying your cover.

RSVP POLICY
Please feel free to RSVP to any event that you want to connect at. We take notice of no-shows and less than 24-hour cancellations. Members with repeat offences will receive only 1 warning. If the no-shows continue, then that member will be removed from the group.
