Tahoe Tuesday: Donner Rim too Summit Lake and MORE

Beginning inTahoe Donner we descend into Trout Creek. At the bottom we being climbing the Donner Rim Trail ( 6 miles of steady climbing) with beautiful views of donner lake. Our Summit is Drifter Hut. From Drifer we descend into Johnson Canyon thru a beautiful fern forest. At the mid bottom we again climb up to Summit Lake. We enjoy a nice break here enjoying the beaufull alpine lake. From summit we return thru the Canyon and climb back up to Drifter Hut. We return home via Hawks Peak and Euer Valley.
