Route changes weekly. Pls Note: Several in our core Thurs group ride ebikes, we try to accommodate with frequent regroups, but pls be prepared for a consistently brisk pace. Otherwise, feel free to volunteer to lead a subgroup at a slower pace. Meetup: 6p / Rollout: 6:15p

*Can't make the ride? Meet us for post ride comradery/BBQ around 8-8:15p.

RIDER SKILL/FITNES: Advanced Riders
This ride is geared for Technically Adv and fit riders due to Event Leader(s) brisk pace and tech skill needed for the terrain we will encounter in the park. If you are a fit rider and know the trail well enough to go around the various rock features and still keep up with the group you are welcome to join us. We usually start out together but may split into subgroups depending on rider turnout, energy levels, and/or route preferences.

If you are willing to lead subgroups, pls let us know prior to the ride.

Disclaimer:
As a member or RSVP to this event, you agree to ride within your abilities and at your own risk. If you are new to the group and not familiar with the GB trails, reach out to an Event Host prior to the ride to determine if this is a good fit for you.

POST RIDE
Parking Lot BBQ. Bring a chair and your fav thurst quenchers, and/or a grillable or sharable.

FOR GROUP RIDING GUIDANCE & AWARENESS:
*We're a jovial group who enjoy riding mtb & fostering lasting friendships. Ride leaders are volunteers-Not tour guides and are entitled to enjoy their rides as much as you do, so pls make sure you meet the skill/fitness requirements before you RSVP.
*RSVP in advance so we can pre-plan our routes according to turnout.
*You are responsible for your own safety and riding abilities.
*You are responsible for your Guest(s) and they must also meet skill and fitness requirements of this ride.
*If you must listen to music, pls do so via ONE earbud ONLY.
*Be alert to briefs & ready to roll after regroups to improve ride flow & prevent separations.
*If you peel off early, let someone in the group know before doing so.
*If we have a big group, be prepared to help lead a smaller subgroup.
*Trails can be loose in turns in dry months, wash outs can happen.
*Be sure you can handle riding in hot temps during summer months.
*Allow reasonable space between riders esp thru tech sections.
*Stronger, more skilled riders should ride towards front of pack.
*Slower, less skilled riders should ride mid to back of the pack.
*Always let the rider behind you know which way the group is turning.
*Poison Oak is everywhere, so no touchy touchy.
*No smoking/vaping amongst the group.

See you there, Cheers!
