Intermediate Solder Technique: Split Shank Rings

In this class we will explore some intermediate soldering and techniques that will allow to to construct jewelry in multiple stages.

We will be using 3 "hardnesses" of solder and employ both chip soldering and sweat soldering.

We will also be covering the measuring, cutting, forming, and sizing of band rings, using a circle punch to create circles and using a dapping tool to create domes.

This class is a great class if you've already done a ring class with us and want to learn more, but for newbies, we've also included all the basic steps that we cover in the beginner classes
