Free 8-mile hike @ Petersfield to Ashford Hangers (Circular)

Come for a lovely afternoon hike in Petersfield. We'll start from Petersfield train station and carpool a 10-minute drive to Petersfield town.

This beautiful trail takes you from Petersfield, through fields and farmland, to the Ashford Hangers National Nature Reserve.

There are 1-2 steeper climbs, and some sections that can sometimes get muddy, so come prepared!

When crossing the farmland, you're likely to encounter livestock, so best to keep doggos on leashes if you're bringing any fluffmasters.

No pubs en route, but plenty of options for food and drink in Petersfield town.

Feel free to either eat lunch beforehand or bring something along to eat near the beginning of the hike. Bring roughly 1.5-2 litres of water.
