Join us for a refreshing summer reset at Renew & Refresh: A Wellness Event — happening June 22 from 12–2 PM in Chesapeake, VA

We’ll be moving through yoga with @alesiamarieyogallc cooling off with a cold plunge, breathing deep with guided breathwork, and sipping on delicious non-alcoholic mocktails 🧘‍♀️❄️🫁🍹
