HAMSU Women’s Career Network London brings together migrant and international women in London from different backgrounds and career stages to meet, connect and grow their networks while navigating work and careers in the UK.
Our monthly gatherings are relaxed and welcoming, with networking at their heart. Some events are informal opportunities to meet and connect, while others may include a guest speaker or a conversation around a particular topic relevant to work, careers and life in the UK.
Whether you are looking for work, changing careers, returning to work, hoping to progress or simply interested in meeting new people, you are welcome to join us. Events are held in English at venues around London. This group is for migrant and international women aged 18 and over who are based in London.
Community expectations
• Treat everyone respectfully and do not discriminate, harass or pressure other attendees.
• Respect people’s privacy. Do not repeat personal information shared at the gathering without permission.
• Do not photograph, film or tag another person without their clear consent.
• Do not use the event for aggressive selling, recruitment, political campaigning or unsolicited promotion.
• Respect personal boundaries. Sharing contact details is always optional.
• HAMSU may ask someone to leave or remove them from the group if their behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
