Our group is based on the principles of Spiral Dynamics, Understanding Yourself, Spiritual Guidance, Space Clearing & Sacred Space, and Buddhist Sangha interests. We come together to explore the intersection of Han culture and Buddhist teachings, offering workshops, discussions, and meditations to deepen our understanding and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
