CV Review & Share Feedback (15 mins)

• Exchange CVs
• Give constructive feedback
• Learn from each other's experiences

Mock Interview (30 mins)

• Take turns interviewing each other — one plays the interviewer, then you swap
• Practice common interview questions
• Build confidence and receive feedback from your partner

Same format as Round 1 — CV review and a mock interview, with a fresh partner and new perspective.
