Cinema: Psycho (1960)

It's Hitchcock's Psycho! The Ritzy are putting on a Hitchcock season which made me realise that I only ever saw Psycho on TV. I feel this film might be even better on the big screen. I love going to the cinema. Join me!

I'm amazed that the Ritzy only charges £9.35 (please note the attendance fee of £2 so I can keep running the group), I thought their prices were a lot higher so that's a nice surprise. Particularly as they are now part of the Picturehouse chain. It's likely their rate for these Rediscover films, new releases cost lots more.

I have not been to the Ritzy in years but I really like the place. I think it has great ambience, like a true independent movie theatre (it isn't, but that's the vibe).

Shall we meet a bit early to chat before the screening at 6pm? I would also love to have a drink afterwards, so we can compare notes about the film (does it stand up to how we remember it? Any parts we had forgotten, is the big screen experience different?), and also to chat and catch up. The "social bit" is almost the most important thing about a meetup!
