Mindfulness and Journaling Workshop for Young Adults (18-35)
In this workshop, we will do journaling and mindfulness exercises. Journaling describes the practice of writing down your thoughts, feelings and ideas in order to invite reflection and mindful moments. Journaling can also be a useful tool for stress management and for keeping track of your own goals and progress.
During the workshop, we will offer journal prompts and small exercises that you can freely implement on paper, in writing or through small illustrations. The goal is not to create an art work but to explore your current thoughts and invite reflection.
The workshop is open to anyone who is open to try something new or wants to deepen their own journaling practice. You are welcome to bring your own journal, but we will of course have paper and pens available. The workshop is for free and no previous experience is needed!
