Details

As humans we are designed to be constantly improving and correcting things that we consider "wrong" or in need of fixing, but this can create a default mental setting of gloom and depression seeing mostly what is wrong in our lives. So, occasionally we need to pull ourselves up by our own bootstraps and creating a habit of happiness as our default setting.
I have a plan to do that.....
