I have been out of the country for some time on a training program and a little R&R — back now. Speaking to many people, there is a lot of anxiety about the future right now. There may not be a lot that we can do about things that are outside our control. But there IS something that we can do about ourselves, about how we feel, and about our own attitudes and outlook toward life. Is is possible to lessen some of the negative feelings that get in the way of our success and our happiness? And is it possible that what others say and do contribute to our feeling worried or depressed? We will examine some of the discoveries made by author L. Ron Hubbard in this area.
