Understanding unwanted negative thoughts and emotions

Details

Hi everyone. We are going to have our next on-line Meet Up on handling trauma/stress on SUNDAY January 16th at 2:00 p.m. I am looking forward to seeing many of you again. RSVP and you will receive a link for the event. Any questions please feel free to contact me via MeetUp.

In previous Meetups we had a look at the emotional tones and touched on how one can understand and predict the behaviour of others better with this information.

This new event will look at exactly why past negative emotions and the lower emotional tones can continue to haunt us. What holds us back from living a happier and more successful life? And what can be done about these things?

Life is not always easy. And there can be a lot of trauma, stress, pain and losses that build up and pull one down in life. But look around. Are those things which have caused us pain or loss with us, right now, in the room? Or are these very real feelings and thoughts coming from somewhere else?

We will look at where that build up occurs, why it tends to persist, and what can be done about it so that the root cause of such unwanted feelings is handled.

The information presented will be from the book “Self Analysis” by L. Ron Hubbard and is being presented by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Centre here in Toronto.

The purpose of the event is to give an overview of the material, and how it might be useful for you or those around you.

We will answer individual questions after the event, as we may not cover in a single event the exact questions that you might have.

And we will provide links to free on-line video presentations where you can get specific information on handling stress, difficulties in relationships, and handling the accumulated losses, trauma and grief of a life time.

These are workable answers that will be presented — and you can take as much time to examine the information and decide for yourself whether you can can use this data in your life.

The guidelines for the event are: that it is positive, polite, respectful, constructive and sincere. We hope to provide information that you will find beneficial and immediately useful to you.
