HoA #37: Agile Metrics Survey 2021—Alexander Bergmann & Stefan Wolpers

I. ABSTRACT:

We crowdsourced data and information on a critical topic: Who is using what metrics under which context to what success during an agile transformation.

We collected the data in two subsequent phases. In the 1st phase, from 2019-11-17 to 2020-02-13, we collected 534 data sets. In the second phase, from 2020-07-22 to 21-01-30, we collected another 629 data sets. Overall, 1.153 people participated in our survey.

II. LEARN ABOUT ALEXANDER BERGMANN

Alex is a research assistant in the biology didactics group at the University of Leipzig. As a postdoc, he supervises Ph.D. students and undergraduates in their research projects.

Through his research and teaching activities, Alex has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research designs. His focus is on test and questionnaire construction, multilevel modeling, and evaluation.
