HoA #73: Claude Cowork, Agents, and Sprint Data Analysis
Details
I built a Sprint Analysis Agent in 45 minutes: No code, just a conversation with Claude in Cowork mode.
The agent monitors a folder for new Sprint data files, compares each Sprint against the previous ten, and generates a multi-page report: statistical analysis, cross-metric tension detection, volatility warnings, and probing questions for the Retrospective. All from a CSV file.
In this session, I will walk you through the conversation that built the agent, demonstrate how it works live, and show you the 17-page report it generated from a crisis Sprint scenario.
Then we discuss: Where do you see use cases for agent-based work in your Agile practice? What should agents handle, and where does your judgment remain non-negotiable?
What you will take away:
- A concrete example of what AI agents can do today for Agile practitioners
- An honest assessment of where this approach works and where it breaks down
- Ideas for agent-based use cases from fellow practitioners.
Who is this for:
Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and anyone curious about what "AI agents" means beyond the hype.
Free. No AI expertise required. Bring your skepticism.
