Want to unplug from it all, relax and recharge? Then spend a Sunday morning with us in the beautiful outdoors surrounded by peaceful horses and nature. This rewarding experience includes hands-on activities with horses and is led by an experienced, certified coach. This is not a riding activity. All activity is done on the ground with the horses. Research has shown if a person is within 4 feet of a horse, our heart rate begins to synchronize with the horse's heart and that leads to a relaxation response. See for yourself! You don't need any horse experience.
