Have worked with Elastic products for 5 years (ELK Stack, beat, APM, Security). I used Elastic Stack as a log management system / SIEM in the past; the system can handle and process 12k EPS, with a peak of 20k EPS. Furthermore, Elasticsearch was used in production as a database engine, storing any type of data. (~3k EPS)
