Breathwork is a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. By connecting with our breath, we can tap into the wisdom of our bodies, release tension, and cultivate a sense of peace and relaxation. The gongs will add an extra layer of healing, as they have been used for thousands of years in various cultures to promote balance and harmonize the energy within the body.
This session is suitable for people of all levels and backgrounds, whether you are new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. We will start with a brief introduction to the practice, and then move into the 1 hour guided breathwork and sound bath session.

Phoenyx Bio:
Founder and Soundscape Navigator at "For the Love of Gong," Phoenyx is a free-spirited creator, event-organizer, psychonaut, philosopher, writer, speaker, consultant, and gong lover — passionately inspired by expanded states of consciousness, alchemy, healthy empowerment, harmonious dynamics, mind-hacking, trauma-healing, entheogenic exploration and harm-reduction, natural wellness, and community-building. She completed the Advanced Gong Sound Healing Certification Training through the International Gong Yoga Association in July 2022, under Gong Master Yogi Mehtab Benton, and has two magnificent gongs: a 32" traditional bronze Chinese Chau gong; and a 24" Paiste Brilliant Symphonic gong, made of silver, nickel, and bronze. A perpetual student, Phoenyx is always exploring further education to learn how to share the gongs in more therapeutic ways.
Geoff Bio:
Geoff is a self-guided student versed in several Eastern and Western breathwork modalities. He has been studying and leading breathwork as a means of somatic healing for over 5 years. His sessions are formed using elements from three fields of breathwork, including Prana Yama, Ecstatic, and Sports Performance. Geoff values sharing the experience and the healing that can be found in breathwork. Our bodies have an inherent ability to heal, and through the simple act of structured breathing we can engage with, calm, and ground our nervous system, which can have a cascading effect in leading ourselves through both mental and physical healing.
