Peace and joy to you. Come and experience the path to less depression and anxiety; see how laughter strengthens your immune system. We'll be
doing deep breathing, belly laughing, meditation and more. It’s gonna be
be fun. Laughter is contagious and easy o create. We'll be doing some fake
laughter and it will become real laughter. If you can laugh, you can do this.
We will end up laughing about our problem and besides, it's cheaper than
therapy.
