Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the weight of daily responsibilities, the opinions of others, or the struggle to find balance amidst anxiety and loneliness. Happiness Grows is a space where we’ll explore these challenges together, with the goal of creating clarity, calm, and confidence in your life.

This one-hour class is designed to guide you through practical tools and meaningful insights to help you reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work on developing awareness, gaining a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and awareness, and exploring the nature of thoughts. We’ll also focus on the importance of resetting, energy cleansing, and building self-awareness and confidence.

As a qualified Calmologist and meditation teacher, I’ll guide you through techniques, affirmations, and mindset shifts that can help you move forward with greater ease and purpose. This isn’t about me knowing all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, offering new perspectives, and creating a space where you can grow and thrive.

This is a paid class (£5.95), reflecting the value of the tools and guidance you’ll receive.

In this session, we'll dive into the heart of what it means to truly know and love yourself. We'll explore the patterns that hold us back—like people-pleasing, fear of loneliness, wanting to be liked and settling for less than we deserve. Together, we'll uncover how these behaviours stem from a place of seeking validation outside ourselves, and how we can shift towards a more self-assured, confident way of being.

If you're feeling worn out by constant disappointments, struggling with not feeling enough, or living up to others' expectations without ever truly getting there, this class is for you. If you're feeling stuck, full of fear, lonely, disheartened and worried you'll never make it, pause right here. We're diving into the heart of these issues.

In Part 1 of these series, we'll explore where this sense of 'not enoughness' comes from and begin addressing it immediately through a practical exercise. So, bring a pen and paper—coloured pens are encouraged!

We'll examine the behaviours and communication patterns, both verbal and non-verbal, that stem from this energy of inadequacy.

We'll delve into topics like anxious attachment, trauma bonds, and the reliance on others for validation.

We'll also explore the dynamics of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and how they can impact our relationships. From guilt-tripping to gaslighting, we'll learn to recognise these patterns and replace them with healthier, more empowering interactions.

Through a practical exercise, you'll step into an energetic version of yourself that embodies confidence and fearlessness, unafraid of judgment.

Each class begins with a calming meditation to release the day's stress and concludes with affirmations that reinforce your self-worth and confidence, paving the way for new behaviours and healthier relationships.
