Why Six Weeks?
We know 6 weekly sessions might feel like a big commitment, but many past participants say this structure helps them steadily build new habits and truly experience positive change. If life gets in the way and you can’t attend every session, don’t worry—you can still benefit from the weeks you do join.“I was concerned that six weeks would be too much, but I ended up looking forward to every session. The pace made it easier to adopt new habits and keep them going!”
