Class Description
This Stress & Anxiety course is designed to help participants release thoughts and feelings associated with their surroundings causing stress and anxiety, thus build a calm and confident mind set and encourage the individual to seek/achieve goals ambitions with new strengths and confidence. Encourage participants to initially identify and discuss possible negative effects with stress and anxiety such as dealing with pressure, people, lack of achievement and difficult immediate surroundings to name just a few. This course will help participants to reframe and resolve stress and anxiety into positive thoughts and feelings and facilitate the process of positive change to connect with their inner selves. Participants can develop and experience feelings of self awareness and empowerment through stress and anxiety management, strategies, goal setting, letting go techniques, motivation, meditation and relaxation techniques.
