子供たちママたちのためのヨガクラス

妊娠中と母親になってから、脳は実はとてもよく似ています。
睡眠不足や疲れは物忘れしやすくなるのです。
瞑想的なアサナ(姿勢)は脳の働きを正常に戻します。またいつも頑張っているママは、自分のことをよく見る(知る)時間がありませんよね。思っている以上に身体や脳は疲れています。
ヨガクラスでは身体を使うことで脳にリラクゼーションを働きかけるのです。
また、女性はホルモンバランスの変化で身体や心に影響を受けます。初めてのママにとっては、毎日1人で子供と過ごすのは孤独に感じるものです。ヨガクラスに来て、他のママや先生と会うことはとても大切なことです。

Increase brain activity I’m sure you’re familiar with pregnancy-brain — but what about mommy-brain? It’s pretty much the same thing. A sleep deprived mama can become quite forgetful. Spending some time in meditative yoga poses helps increase brain activity and help your short-term memory get back on track.

Fight postpartum depression Let’s face it. Postpartum depression is real and can affect any new mom flooded with hormones and dealing with the reality of caring for baby alone, once friends and family have left the hospital. Staying active and connecting with other moms and babies through yoga classes can help combat those feelings of loneliness and depression.
