Space Management #2: Cultivate your Capabilities for Happiness
Details

In the last session, “Airing · Harmony · Adding Blessings”, we experienced how flowing space and harmonious energy can elevate family happiness.
We explored familiar everyday conversations:
“Why is your room always so messy?”
“Don’t you know I’m tired?”
“Why don’t you listen to me?”
When we changed our approach and tone to:
“Have you been busy lately? If you need help tidying up, please let me know.”

We felt how different ways of interacting and organizing the space affected energy and emotion.When we understand airing, the household feels fresh;
when we grow the harmonious energy, relationships feel warm and happy.

Respect to Nourish Virtue · Counting/Review to Clarify the Heart
Through the practice of counting/reviewing, we see ourselves more clearly, cultivate gratitude, and cherish what we have.
With a respectful attitude, we interact thoughtfully with our things, people, space/environment, and with ourselves.
