Instead, two real-life cases opened up a rich discussion:

1. family members leaving food around the house and dishes piling up in bedrooms;
2. children becoming absorbed in games and neglecting their daily responsibilities.

**Most family conflicts, at their root, arise from different habits.**
When a family member’s habit feels unpleasant or chaotic, it is easy for us to react out of urgency or fatigue. Yet these moments of frustration also carry a deeper invitation to **notice our inner landscape:**
our need for order, our expectations of others, our energy limits, and our emotional boundaries.
