I’m happy to finally take this step and share my passion for movement, balanced nutrition and health related activities that ANYONE can participate in!
Every week we meet and connect, set our goals for the week and schedule for the week, and actually do what we promised ourselves and announced to the group. (P.S. no cheating)
Together we walk, hike, bike, sip our speciality tea and coffee, observe the majesty of nature and our journey!
