Happy 2025! I want to start this year with gratitude for our founder Lester who had the vision and resources to keep Happy Golf going for more than a year! I am happy to continue Lester’s vision, brilliantly expressed as “happiness not handicaps” to help make golf accessible and fun.
As your organizer, I will continue to do all the prep work. I have also shouldered the annual Meetup subscription fee.
I do need support to help defray costs associated with organizing events on Meetup.
Like almost everything, Meetup's subscription prices have gone up!
Kindly let me know if you have questions about the following plans to help keep this group going:

**OPTION A: MEMBER PLAN**
**$15 - one year membership. (breaks down to $1.25 / month!)**
Member benefits:
-Annual members will be exempted from the per game registration fee.
-If you wish to host your own golf event, I will provide you with technical support and publish and announce the event on Happy Golf’s meetup account.
***\*HOW TO ENROLL\****
***Step 1***\*: E-mail me your name and contact information, stating that you want to be an annual member. **E-mail me at happygolfbayarea@gmail.com**
***Step 2:*** *After I receive your e-mail with the above information, I will send you details on how to send your electronic payment.*
***Step 3:*** *Send me your $15 annual membership fee.*
***Step 4:*** *I will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the membership fee and confirming your annual membership, valid up to December 31, 2025.*
*Membership fee is nonrefundable.*
*Please add me to your e-mail contact list so you don’t miss my confirmation e-mail!*

**OPTION B: NONMEMBER PLAN**
**$10 - Per game registration fee.\*** If you are not an annual member, there will be a registration fee of $10 per event.
