Join this hands-on workshop exploring how essential oils can support emotional well-being and nervous system regulation. Participants will learn how scent interacts with the brain to influence mood, memory, and the body’s stress response. We will talk about the therapeutic properties of specific essential oils, safe application methods, and how these tools can be used in daily routines for grounding, focus, and calm.
The workshop includes a creative make and take activity where participants will craft their own Stress Relief Roller and optional calming Room Spray to bring home and begin using right away. No prior experience with essential oils is needed, just curiosity and an open mind.
