Details

Each class will hold space for a moment of gratitude for our bodies and ourselves for just showing up!

We will begin with a fun walking warm up with easy steps and motivating music. Next, we will enter into strength training with resistance bands or no equipment. Modifications will be given to suit everyBODY.  We will end with a stretch and cool down.
