Dr.s Appt

My right foot has been in soooo much pain! Walking the Gardner Mine Trail every step brought new levels of ouch! But let me tell you standing up on that high ridgeline looking down/north into Mine Canyon will be unforgettable! The sight was beyond breathtaking! I just wanted to stop and stare at the sight all day... But no, we're not here for that. Walk this trip and find an easier passage to the Madstone Cabin was at hand! On I pushed, every step brought grimaces, and thoughts of turning back. No! Press on I did. Yes I paused to look into Mine Canyon again on the way back! Enough of this! To the Doctor I go! I reckon it's a misaligned orthotic on my shoes insole or possibly a splinter fracture. Monday I hope to find out AND GET BACK TO PLANNING AND GUIDING MORE ADVENTURES TO PARADISE AND BEYOND! Folks I know, look at me and laugh saying that they know why my foot hurts. They say I hike too much! I laugh and state that our explorations have just begun! You should see where we'er going next! All this aside, hope the Doc has some good news for me on Monday.
