Join me for a 6miles evening hike. Let's finish the day with clear mind so we enjoy the rest of the week days. It's been a while since our last hike around this area. Let’s hike again and enjoy the great mountains, nice views of downtown LA, beautiful sunset announcing the end of the day, and the perfect weather.
We are starting a little at 5:00pm at the trail head going N and come down S. (only)

What to bring:
2 liters of water, hiking poles, Hiking shoes, and a snack.
It’s 6 miles loop hike moderate pace.
Elevation: 1,500’ gain
Parking: street parking. Usually is plenty of parking.

Join us on this 4 day/3 night stay, right by one of Sequoia’s most beautiful lakes!!
Hume Lake is a beautiful mountain lake within Sequoia National forest. It's nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains at an elevation of 5200 feet. Surrounded by towering Sequoia and Jeffrey Pines, the lake is a popular destination for those visiting either Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Parks. The Amenities you can expect at Hume lake are as followed:

-Flushing toilets
-Water spigots
-picnic table
-fire pit
-grocery store (walking distance from our site)
-snack cafe that provides wifi with a paid subscription

There is parking for 6 cars right by our sites and overflow parking in the event we have more than 6 cars in our party. In mid to late October, I will organize carpools amongst our group between people who are willing to drive and those who require a ride.

We will decide what hikes/activities we will tackle as a group. Personally I would like to hike the “Lakes trail” and “ Moro Rock trail” since they have some of the best views Sequoia has to offer! These events fill up fast so don’t pass on this opportunity. Im looking foward to meeting you all!!🫶🔥
