Memorial Hike for Lee Tracy - 9th year

Please be advised - as a co-organizer of Happy Hour Backpacking and organizer of this hike, I am not soliciting funds. Meetup has added the "Chip in" button and receives a percentage of any monies contributed. As a co-organizer, I do not have the option to remove it.

So. as you know the Fires last year kept us from doing the hike. So.
Come join us as we Have a Celebration of life for Lee Tracy. and Raise a glass for Lee. At Griffith park. This will be a 5 1\2 mile hike and 1000 Feet elavaction gain. up to 3 mile junction . Where there is tables , Trash cans and drinking Fountain. Bring some Share food and a headlight for the hike back down. A light for the tables if needed. a extra shirt or top. and layers.

We will go up the bill Echler Trail to the Vista De Valle road Make a right and go to Hollywood drive.... Where we will make a Left for 1/2 mile. there will see the tables and trees on the right.

What to bring: Water. layers. headlights. maybe a light for the table. share food for 5 people. hiking sticks if you need them.
