Lets have some casual early evening dancing, priority tango with some other latin mixed in.
Showboat stage floor is ok for dancing. Not phenomenal.
Dancing shoes but not your favorites.
Several groups used it weekdays last year.
Weekends there is a major presentation.
Happy Hour is pretty open. Let's make good use of it.
The electricity to the stage is only on by formal arrangement, so we'll need a fair sized self contained cd player. Anyone who has one, please message me.
Coastal weather is highly variable. The online forecasts must be prepared by people in Ottowa who know little about Vancouver and care even less.
How else could they be so wrong so often?
So scheduling will sometimes be on short notice.
We'll start the music at 5 o'clock. Expect it to last until 6:30, maybe later.
Organizer has some other venues in mind as alternates.
Bevvies are ok in the grass area adjacent to the seating, but not on the stage
