HW 13 km or 25km Group Bike Rides - Edgewater, FL

Join the Happy Wanderers for either a 13km (8 miles) or 25km (15.5 miles) group bike ride. Rides will depart at 9:30 A.M.
This will be a group event on the paved Rail Trail - part of the developing "River-to-Sea" Loop. Both long and short routes include the pedestrian bridge of FL441 as well as neighborhoods and scenic paths. Both routes are "out and back." We will start in a group and at the turn-around, bikers can return to the start at their own pace.
Cyclers are responsible for their own bikes and all riders are recommended to wear helmets and safety gear as appropriate. Bring water, sunscreen, etc.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the parking lot. Event cost is $4.00 for all participants. IVV/AVA credit (stamps) will be available for this event. A "B" Award will be available - the AVA Bike pin, to any participants.
DIRECTIONS: 902 W Park Ave., Edgewater, FL 32132 -- From I-95 Southbound, take Exit 244 for FL-442 turn left (East) after exiting. Drive 2.1 miles to turn left on Air Park Rd. Then 1.5 miles and turn right onto W Park Ave. Go .5 miles and Rotary Park is on the right.
