What we’re about

Harbor City Music Company Show Chorus is an award-winning group of women who sing 4-part a cappella music. In November 2023, we won 3rd Place at the Sweet Adelines International Competition in Louisville, KY. That's right -- out of over 600 Sweet Adelines choruses around the world, HCMC is #3! Check out our finals package performance here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDxgXB5Q8mg.

If you'd like to see what it's like to sing with one of the best women's choruses in the world, come check us out! We’re always looking for women who like to sing – you don’t have to read music or have any experience beyond singing in the shower or in your car.

Our repertoire ranges from Broadway to barbershop, the Beatles to Billy Joel, and just about everything in between. And there is so much more to our chorus than just singing. HCMC is a close family of “sisters in song” who help each other, support each other, and share joys and concerns each week.

We practice every Wednesday evening starting at 7:00 pm in Severna Park, MD.  Please come visit us any time -- check us out, join in our warmups, meet some of our members, and learn something new.
