Please join us as we are continue with The Magic of Awareness, by Anam Thubten. We will discuss Chapter 13, "Ecstatic Compassion". Rinpoche says "We are born with it. The more awake we become, the more compassion will flow freely... It is the flowering of our consciousness."

Although reading the text ahead is helpful, it's not required. We read it together and discuss.

One's first visit is free. After that, we suggest a $5 contribution which is a gift to the Church for hosting us.

The Kindle version is available at Amazon, and low-cost copies can be found at [DealOz.com](https://price.dealoz.com/New-Used-Books/The-Magic-Of-Awareness/9781559393928?asin=1559393920&query=the%20magic%20of%20awareness%20anam%20thubten).

Conversations have been rich and varied. We begin with a short meditation to 'bring the mind home' from our busy day, and then discuss the Chapter. It's great if you've read it and come with comments and questions, but it's also great if you just show up!
Together, we strive to create a safe space for deep contemplation and thoughtful exploration of the ideas in this lineage of awakening.

Mostly, we meet on the first and third Wednesday afternoons, but always check here! Starting in 2026, we'll be meeting on the first and third Tuesdays...
