We’ll focus on colonizing Mars as a metaphor for invention then see how Netflix navigated two decades of change through the “GLEe” strategy model. Last, we’ll share strategy frameworks you can apply to your company and products to invent your own future. We’ll also do three mini-cases to show why inventing the future is so hard.
