It's summer time! Let's go kayaking!

Please join us for an easy paddle on beautiful Loch Raven Reservoir!

We'll meet at Loch Raven Fishing Center at 12101 Dulaney Valley Road, Phoenix, MD 21131, a great place right on the reservoir which rents kayaks for $22 a day, including your life jackets and paddles!

The Fishing Center doesn't take reservations but they have plenty of kayaks, so we'll be good. They also have vending machines and sell sunscreen in their shop. There are good bathrooms available right near the kayaks and plenty of parking.

PLEASE READ:
By participating in this event, you agreed to hold me legally harmless should anything unpleasant happen to you. We will not be doing anything crazy and this is a safe environment for kayaking (we will be nowhere near the dam); however, I will require you to wear a life jacket to kayak with me. This is a paddle for all levels and although I am personally an experienced kayaker, my goal is not to have to do any water rescues, so no horseplay! That being said, let's have fun!
