Psychology at the Movies presents Obsessed free movie screening as part of National Stalking Awareness Week, Suzy Lamplugh Trust
Free Event - full screening of movie starring Idris Elba and Beyoncé, inspired by the work of directors Roman Polanski and Alfred Hitchcock and described at the modern 'Fatal Attraction', followed by conversation with the audience led by psychiatrist Dr Raj Persaud on the issues raised concerning obsessive love and stalking. Organised in association with Bryon Bonaparte of University of Westminster and The Suzy Lamplugh Trust. The fight scene finale between the two leading female characters won the MTV Movie Award for Best Fight. On release, Obsessed spent its first week at the top of the US box office charts. CPD certificate available on the day.
