Waiver of Liability
By joining and/or attending any event for "Harley Riders Club" you are agreeing that neither you nor any third party nor any other person that accompanies you, will hold the Groups’ Organizers, Event Hosts, Members, or the Venue liable for any injury, loss, or damage to yourself, your property or for any other reason which might arise as a consequence from any Group activity. You also agree that your membership in this Group, and attending any activity with this Group, is completely voluntary on your part. When attending any Group event you assume all risk on your own.
Please Note: When you join a ride Or event organised or promoted by Toronto Harley Riders Club, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Service and Toronto Riders Waiver, Release and Indemnification.
You acknowledge that the terms herein shall be binding upon your heirs, executors and assigns.
