Welcome to Harmonic Energy Meetup! We are a home-based yoga studio located in Fairfax, VA (near GMU) that hosts monthly sound baths and wellness sessions. Our offerings feature a combination of yoga, sound therapy, creative expression, and energy healing, creating a sense of balance in the DMV hustle. We seek to connect with like-minded fabulous souls from all walks of life, to cultivate a powerful combination of mindfulness, creativity, and personal growth.

Our ceremony begins with the gentle medicine of ceremonial cacao, a plant spirit revered for her ability to open the heart and connect us to our emotions, creativity, and inner wisdom. As the cacao moves through the body, softening resistance and enhancing presence, we prepare to journey deeper with the vibrations of sound.🎶 Sound Healing Journey
Bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice, participants are guided into deep states of rest and inner alignment.
