Women's Circle & New Moon Ceremony

A Women's Circle is an old ceremony celebrated all over the world. We would love you to join us for an afternoon of connection. 🤩❤️

We'll let go of things that don't serve us anymore and set intentions for the new moon. 💖🎉🌚

We'll move gently to activate and balance our chakras. This time, we will focus on our throat chakra, the center for expression, and speaking our truth. 🤸‍♀️💃

We will use our voices to sing, talk, cry, and laugh. 🎶🤣

We will meditate, practice mindful breathing, and share stories. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️💝🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️💝🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Join our beautiful gathering to celebrate friendship, community, and sisterhood. 👭🎉

You are welcome to come as you are and express yourself. 🤗

Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, a pen & paper, and dress comfortably.
