Details
We live in an age of too much information with little means to discern the important and real from the meaningless or misleading. In this presentation we will explore practical ways of coming to our own center of gravity in the midst of confusion.
Our practices are drawn from the Gurdjieff Work and include means for developing attention and powers of observation in life. We use themes for self-study, active sitting exercises like meditation, and a system of Movements to develop attention and integration.
There is no charge for the talk or any of our group meetings.
