In this experiential presentation, hypnotist and natural health therapist Gloria Jensenius will explain how hypnosis naturally engages the Vagus nerve and guides the body out of stress and into calm. Participants will learn simple hypnotic techniques, including guided breathing, sensory awareness, and visualization, that help activate this powerful nerve and restore balance. The session will include a brief guided hypnotic experience, allowing attendees to personally access their body’s “calm button” and leave feeling more relaxed, centered, and empowered.
