Join me for an enlightening Wudang Tai Chi Class for a holistic practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit.

Course Description: This course teaches the skills of Wudang Taichi 13 Form, including footwork, abdominal breathing, relaxation of shoulders and elbows while practicing the movements. We will do some qigong too as a warm-up.

Efficacy: Improve lower body muscle strength, balance, concentration, immunity, sleep quality, and slow down brain degeneration etc. After practice, you will feel refreshed and energetic.
