The Taichi class will teach 13 movements, including:
footwork, abdominal breathing, relaxation and stretching, standing meditation, etc.
Clinical Proven Benefits include:
Stress release and calm, improving lower body muscle strength, preventing falls, osteoarthritis, Parkinson's disease, better sleep, and rehabilitation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and improving cognitive capacity…

The continuous slow stretching movements (described as flowing clouds and running water) will allow you to release stress and chronic pain and become energetic and relaxed after the exercise.
