Harmony Collective is all about bringing people together to move, breathe, and connect. We combine boot camp style group fitness, mindfulness practices like breath work and meditation, and educational talks to create a space where mind, body, and spirit are nurtured.
Our mission is to make wellness accessible to everyone, especially in underserved communities. We offer free spots at camps (if needed), grocery giveaways, and a welcoming environment where you can grow physically, mentally, and emotionally no matter your starting point.
Each week, we host outdoor evening camps at the Catherine Lampkin Arboretum that blend movement and mindfulness with meaningful conversation. Expect high-energy workouts, moments of reflection, and a supportive community that uplifts one another.
