Mother Earth is our teacher! Immerse yourself in a day of connecting to the all the elements. New Earth wisdom is a day to ground, connect, let go, and be! You will be led thru a incredible experience starting with a barefoot meditation walk on moss paths in the Harmony forest which will lead you to the lake. Once at the lake a fire and cacao circle will be created to open our hearts and release. Then lakefront you will begin deep release with yoga and movement, meditation breathwork, shamanic drumming and song, earth crafting and ecstatic dance followed by a sauna sit and lake plunge. A farm to table lunch will be served by Chef Chris.
